Irrespective of the products or the services that are recommended to you, you will never find us pressurising you to buy any product or take a service that may not suit you or your pocket. We take great pride in the honesty and integrity with which we deal with our clients, rather than the money that we would make of them. Our clean financial practices have won us accolades for being the highest service tax paying salon in this region.

Our clients vouch for the unique touch that sets us apart; the complimentary seasonal refreshments and lip smacking hors d’oeuvres made in-house are served not only to our clients but to any accompanying guests. Every staff member is genuinely helpful and accommodating at all times. We primarily work on appointments but are happy to entertain walk-in clients (depending on staff availability). We take special care of our senior clientele providing personal assistance on every front.

Payments: All major credit cards, except American Express, are accepted. Please note, we’re not able to include gratuity on your credit/debit card. Personal checks are not accepted.

Late Arrivals: Please call and let us know if you’re running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule for a later date.

Refunds: We unfortunately do not offer any refunds. If you’re not satisfied with your service, call us within 7 days and we’ll set up a complimentary appointment to ensure your complete satisfaction.
